Everyone I spoke to at Regal had great customer service skills and the delivery/pickup man named Antoino worked with me for the delivery and pickup on a Sunday. He went above and beyond and went over everything on the scooter and had me to test it before he would leave. He met me at my chosen location and touched base with me a couple of hours ahead of time for delivery and pickup to verify my chosen time and location. Antoino was very punctual for the delivery and pickup. The next time I visit the Orlando area and need a scooter I will call only Regal Mobility!

YES! Regal Mobility Rentals will deliver your scooter to your hotel or vacation home for no extra cost. We do require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your rental for delivery. If you are looking to rent a scooter with less than 24 hours notice, you can either visit us at our showroom just north of Walt Disney World, or call us at 800-484-0185.
Do I need a drivers license to drive a scooter. No you do not need a drivers license to drive our scooters. you however must be 18 years of age to rent any of our products.
If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before your rental, Regal mobility will refund the cost of your reservation in full. Any Cancellations within 48 hours or less of your reservation, Regal Mobility LLc. will not be able to refund your reservation
We ask that you please discuss any out of state travel you plan on doing with your scooter with us before renting. We may grant permission for out of state travel in some cases, but it is highly recommended that you let our representatives know of any out of state travel plans, or you may be found in violation of our Rental Agreement.
The biggest difference between the two types is that 3 wheelers have a better turning radius as compared to 4 wheelers. This is most apparent in a house or similar confined area. Four wheeled scooters originally evolved from the need for more stable operation when traveling on slopes or uneven terrain. However, newer models of 3 wheeled scooters also boast a very stable ride due to an optimized center of balance.
Yes, you will need to be present unless arrangements are made prior to delivery. We can not be responsible for missed delivery/pick-up appointments. Drivers are not able to wait longer than 20 minutes past scheduled delivery time. In the case of a missed delivery, a $15 dollar fee will be assesed. You will need to call to reschedule.

To ensure comfort and safety, a scooter first must possess adequate capacity for a person's height and weight. The second consideration is the environment in which the scooter will be operated. Rough or outdoor terrain may require more power and larger tires. While primarily indoor use may call for smaller tires and a better turning radius. The selection of a scooter that will be transported may also be affected by the limitations of the vehicle it will be carried in
Our drivers try their best to remain on time.. However, in the case of an unforseen circumstance please allow a 30 minute window for all deliveries. Your driver will call you 15 minutes prior to arriving at your location.
